meet your retreat guide

My name is Avantika, and I’m not just your retreat leader, I’m a fellow traveler on the path of coming home to myself.

I’ve walked through illness and uncertainty, grief and deep transformation. These moments didn’t break me, they refined me. They taught me to listen to my body’s wisdom, to trust the wild ache of my soul, and to rest in the sacred ordinary.

Ireland is where I remembered. Her cliffs and mist, her music and myth whispered me back to wholeness. And now, I’ve returned again and again, not just for myself, but for the women I’m called to walk beside.

If you’re reading this, you might feel it too: that soft knowing that there’s more waiting for you. That you’re ready to pause, to rest, to reclaim the truth of who you are.

I’ve spent over two decades supporting others as a psychotherapist, yoga & meditation teacher, author and guide. But beneath every title I’ve ever held is a woman who knows what it means to feel lost... and what it takes to return.

It would be my deepest honor to hold space for you in this land that has become my soul’s sanctuary. Let’s go on a journey together.

With love,
Avantika
