I’m Omana, a lover of natural living, soulful growth, connection, and community. It’s almost hard to believe that just seven years ago, I was navigating profound burnout—flattened by stress, emotionally depleted, and utterly disconnected from myself and the world around me. Though my background as a naturopath gave me tools to begin restoring my body, it was my heart and spirit that felt unreachable... until I discovered breathwork. This simple yet powerful practice changed everything. Within a week of beginning a daily practice, I felt more energized, uplifted, and alive than I had in decades. Breath became my medicine, my ritual, and my return. Burnout, it turns out, was a sacred threshold. It taught me to slow down, to tend to my own needs with reverence, and to make self-care not a luxury, but a devotion. As I healed, I turned my work as a transformational coach inward—awakening my feminine radiance and aligning my outer life with my deepest desires. What unfolded was nothing short of miraculous. Each day now feels like a co-creation with the divine; I walk a path I chose with intention, clarity, and joy. The more I connected with my true self, the more the world responded. Deep friendships, soul collaborations, and radiant community have followed in kind. It is my heart’s calling to support women—especially those who feel disconnected, depleted, or uncertain—to come home to themselves. To awaken resilience, restore vitality, and remember their own sacred power. If you are ready to reconnect, rise, and reclaim the life that is waiting for you, it would be my honor to walk beside you. Let’s get you reconnected.

I'm Korinne (Kori), and I feel deeply grateful to accompany and care for you on this retreat. I look forward to the peace, growth and connection that is sure to accompany us as well. As a graphic designer and photographer, I live in the world of boundless ideas and visuals I can shape and control. As a mother, I find sweet grounding in the present moment and much less control. I value connection, exploration, openness, full-belly laughter, curiosity, and quiet moments of reflection. While I'm a master of none, I find great joy in meditation, yoga, art, movement, play, and breath work. The women—soul sisters, mentors, and friends—who have guided, supported, and lifted me have been among the greatest gifts of my life. It’s an honor to now offer that same support in return. I’m truly grateful for the chance to walk beside you on this retreat and hold space for whatever your journey brings. A sacred sanctuary on the edge of the wild

There is a place in Ireland where the wind sings through the grasses, the lake reflects the shifting sky, and silence has a pulse all its own.

Welcome to Lough Mardal Lodge - our retreat home nestled on a private lakeshore in the untamed beauty of northwest Ireland. Far from hotels or hustle, this eco-luxury haven invites you to slow down, unhook, and come alive again in the rhythm of nature.

At Lough Mardal Lodge in wild and windswept Donegal, the accommodations are not just rooms; they are sanctuaries of soul connection, spaces designed for shared stories, slow mornings, and the sweet hush of stars overhead.

You’ll be staying in beautifully handcrafted yurts and lodges, each one a haven of warmth and wonder. These are shared accommodations, intentionally so: for this is not a retreat of isolation, but a gathering of women...a circle of wild souls who have come to remember themselves in the presence of one another.

Inside each space, you’ll find glowing wood stoves, luxurious beds with crisp linens, and lantern light that softens the edges of the day. The yurts breathe with the rhythm of the land - round, spacious, and womb-like - inviting the feminine spirit to settle, soften, and be seen.

You may hear the quiet rustle of your sister turning in the night, or the gentle laughter of women brushing their hair and hearts open beside you. There is privacy in stillness, and intimacy in shared silence. These are spaces of sacred cohabitation, where morning tea is sipped with bare feet on warm rugs, and nightfall brings whispered prayers, braided hair, and the kind of ease that only comes from being fully accepted.

Let yourself arrive as you are. These shared rooms are not just places to sleep - they are nests of belonging, where sisterhood is kindled and kindred spirits are found. Every sigh, every story, every step to the compost loo is a return to the wild, cyclical rhythm of life held close and held together.

You won’t just rest here. You will remember what it means to be home - in your body, in the land, and in the sacred company of women.

Here, your nervous system will remember what it means to rest. Your soul will feel the safety to rise. And your breath will deepen with every step across wild heather and soft moss.

Beautiful waterfalls, Donegal Ireland

Donegal: a place the soul never forgets

Raw, rugged, and breathtaking, County Donegal is the Ireland of myth and memory—a place that lives in the bones. With towering sea cliffs, ancient stones, windswept beaches, and luminous green hills, it’s the ideal landscape to:

Release what needs to be let go. Breathe deeply again. Hear the truth that only silence can reveal.
There is no better backdrop for the work of unwinding, rewilding, and remembering.

Seven Days. One Soulful Journey Home to the Self.

Each day of the Wild Soul Sisterhood retreat is shaped by Celtic wisdom and feminine soulwork, gently guiding you through a transformational arc. We blend rest with ritual, movement with stillness, solitude with sisterhood. Our rhythm honors your body’s needs and your spirit’s longing.

Day 1: Arrival & Thresholds

Crosóg an Dorais – Crossing the Doorway

You arrive at the edge…between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming. We begin with breath, fire, and soulful welcome. The retreat begins not with action, but with devotion.

Day 2: Earth of the Body

An Fód – The Sacred Ground

You settle into yourself. The pace slows. The noise softens. You remember your body as holy, your breath as prayer. The land begins to speak through your senses.

Day 3: Waters of Release

Abhainn na mBan – River of the Women

The waterfalls call. This is a day for shedding—tears, stories, skins. Grief and joy flow together as we walk where waters tumble, and the past is offered back to the earth.

Day 4: The Breath Between

Anáil – The Sacred Pause

Nothing is forced. Integration is a form of power. Today is for rest, reflection, and renewal. In stillness, the deep messages come. In softness, you gather strength.

Day 5: Wind on the Cliffs

Gaoithe na Beatha – Wind of Life

You walk the wild edge. Standing at the Slieve League Cliffs, you hear your soul’s voice more clearly. You’ve always had wings; now you remember how to open them.

Day 6: Fire of the Sisterhood

Tine Chroí – Fire of the Heart

You’ve come home to yourself, and now, you are witnessed. In circle, in laughter, in song. This is the ceremony of the sovereign feminine. You are the flame you carry forward.

Reflection of sun on a distant horizon
Day 7: The Liminal Way

Tairseach Anama – Threshold of the Soul

Between the cliffs and the return lies this sacred pause. You are no longer who you were, but not yet fully arrived in who you are becoming. Today, we walk with the in-between, with spaciousness, creativity, silence, and reflection.

meet your retreat guide

My name is Avantika, and I’m not just your retreat leader, I’m a fellow traveler on the path of coming home to myself.

I’ve walked through illness and uncertainty, grief and deep transformation. These moments didn’t break me, they refined me. They taught me to listen to my body’s wisdom, to trust the wild ache of my soul, and to rest in the sacred ordinary.

Ireland is where I remembered. Her cliffs and mist, her music and myth whispered me back to wholeness. And now, I’ve returned again and again, not just for myself, but for the women I’m called to walk beside.

If you’re reading this, you might feel it too: that soft knowing that there’s more waiting for you. That you’re ready to pause, to rest, to reclaim the truth of who you are.

I’ve spent over two decades supporting others as a psychotherapist, yoga & meditation teacher, author and guide. But beneath every title I’ve ever held is a woman who knows what it means to feel lost... and what it takes to return.

It would be my deepest honor to hold space for you in this land that has become my soul’s sanctuary. Let’s go on a journey together.

With love,
Avantika
